The next time my pet gets sick, there’s no way I’d ever bring them anywhere else. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pet. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always return my phone calls within the same day. It's so great, especially when I need a question answered right away. They were one of the most caring, devoted veterinarians I've ever seen. They made my pet feel very comfortable and loved. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I had to have my sick cat put down in January and they were so caring and attentive. They did not rush me but let me spend all the time I needed with her. I wish family practice and specialists had the same caring attitude. I first went to Dr. Nelson in 1988 and have used no one else since.

I liked Dr. Nelson OK. He was highly recommended by a friend. At this one brief visit, I didn't really get too much feel for how much I like him. However, he did give my dog an allergy shot including B-12 which did start her eating again. (She hadn't eaten in a week since we moved here.) And she seems to be scratching a little less. At this point I am staying wth him primarily because he was so highly recommended by a friend.
