They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I was in a lot of pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if they had been more careful. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.
