My family has been using Dr. Shanker for over 20 years and I would trust no one else with our animals. The front staff has always been friendly and knows us by face when we walk in. They always take the time to listen to your concerns, and explain everything rather than just dismissing you. They care about their patients, and about the humans too. True they do not offer promotions, but I don't judge a vet on how many promotions they offer, rather the care they provide. I would recommend them to everyone.
