Dr. Orr is fantastic! He saved more than one of my birds' lives on more than one occasion. I always admired the work he could do with such tiny animals, but in the past several years without being able to drive, I realize how spoiled I was to have been able to take my feathered babies to Dr. Orr! I live in a rural area where access to avian vets is limited at best. I truly miss being able to take my birds to Dr. Orr and his exceptional staff.

We have been to Dr. Orr/Dr. Grover for years and have received excellent service. We have 3 dogs on their pet care plans.
I do have to say that recently we have experienced a lot of ATTITUDE from one of their employees, Gwen. Her attitude/customer service skills need an adjustment.
She is very argumentive on the phone and unhelpful.

Everyone else gets 5 stars!!
