I have been a patient at this office for several years and am very happy with everything. Dr. Parsons is in this business because he cares about both pets and pet owners. I am able to get an appointment when I need one, even if it is an emergency, and he evaluates and works on my pets with professionalism and compassion.

The staff went out of their way to make both me and my pet feel welcome. It felt like they really cared about both of us. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared.
