The Staff are very rude and unpleasant, especially the Receptionist, just creepy. They are unprofessional. This place has no emergency phone number for emergencies on Weekends. No way to run a business, even if you are the only ones in town.

Very disappointed in this vet. This past Saturday, my husband
Attempted to contact your office 5 times & left detailed
Voice mail that our 11 month old lab had cut himself
& needed stitches. After 2 hrs. & no returned call my husband
Had to drive an hour into San Antonio for his much needed
Care. Why have an after hours care number if you
Don't even bother to return calls? My husband was hunting
In pearsall & had got your number last week in case
There were any problems. He has informed all his
Hunting buddies that you are not a reliable vet.

I picked up a stray on Hwy 35 while I was working so I took it to this clinic to see if they could keep it until I got off work. I have never ran into a more dispasionate vet in my life. She was rude, curt and down right nasty when I asked her if she could keep her until I got off work. I had to beg her to put her in one of her outside kennels. I asked the staff to bath and dip her and give the puppy her first shots. The bath cost $35 dollars, they didn't clean her ears or clip her nails and she still had grease on her fur. The front office (woman) was rude and not at all helpfull, but I understand from the town folk that this is how the office is run. I would not recommend this Vet or her clinic to anyone who wants tender loving care for their animal companion.
