My dear friend, being away from home, had to have her dear pet put down. She found herself at Penn Valley Vet Center. The staff was most gentle and gracious in what is a heart breaking experience for any pet owner. Later, Dr. Mimi sent my friend a paw print of her beloved dog. I say this is the sign of a caring vet!

Their staff is very friendly and professional. Vet didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The staff is great, I was not done with my visit, staff popped their head into the room stating "Phone Call"....that was the end of my visit apparently....have spent a small fortune there.
