When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They estimated $1300 for an overnight stay of my dog, who had been suffering from Seizures. They did not understand I only had $400, and could not be approved for credit. Luckily, the DR was nice enough to state, "and in the even you don't get approved, we'll let you call your friends and family to borrow the money!" Did you ever bother to ask if I needed the phone nor knew anyone to call? My regular vet was able to observe, test, diagnose and treat the dog, including an initial and follow up visit, for less than $300. Only go here if: You have a dior pet emergency, and have at least $1000.
