I am about to procure some new pets and I wanted to get a little more information about this place and what kind of service they provide. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and told me they "didn't have time to talk to me." I won't bother calling again.

This vet service is the best EVER in my opinion. I have taken my animals (cats and dogs) faithfully for each and every check up, as well as for emergency office visits and treatments, as necessary. There has never been a time--in all the years I've been trusting my animals' best care to them (since they started up in 1985 or 1986)--that I have been disappointed or distressed. I've "lost" animals over the years (of course, sadly, their life spans are so much shorter than ours). In each and every case, dignity was accorded to each individual animal and sensitivity for our loss was always evident. Their level of care and regard for both our animals and our feelings has always been clear. They always make sure that we have all the information we need and all the options that are available, so that we are able to make informed decisions in every situation. Both Dr. Chris and Dr. Scott can be relied upon in every situation to give us the most up to date information, the most comprehensive treatment, and the most sensitive follow up. They also work hard to build a staff that understands and embodies their high standards and sensitivity. They are appreciated and regarded more highly than they might be aware of.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I'm thrilled with how my appointment went. My pet was able to recover quickly under their care. The office was easy enough to find. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
