My 6 year old Australian Shepherd is dead because of the poor service received at this facility. They failed to follow set guidelines for medication given to dogs. There were NO follow up calls to check on the health of my dog.

There was not follow up after two weeks as recommended by National guidelines. When my dog was low on meds I was then told to come in for blood work. The dog ran out of medication and when they called it in, they called in the wrong strength.

Being the biggest not not mean being the best.
