My Cat needed Surgery for an obstruction. The Doctor told me that "during Intubation, he regurgitated and acquired an Aspiration Pneumonia".

I was given a payment agreement for a specified amount that I signed. One week Later, The Staff under the Owners Direction changed the amount by deliberately manipulating the copy of the original Document to fit the higher charge.

I have the ORIGINAL un-altered copies proving this.

I brought this to the attention of the Owner, Jeff Whittman. He is a Pompous A*s, verbally abusive, unprofessional and condescending. It is obvious to me that he has a "Napoleon" Complex"!!

"Napoleon complex" is a term describing a theoretical condition occurring in people of short stature. It is characterized by overly-aggressive or domineering social behavior, and carries the implication that such behavior is compensatory for the subject's stature.
