Dr. Simpson is an excellent clinician. An excellent Surgeon as well.
My first Basenji was referred to Dr. Simpson by the Breeder as Basenjis are a special breed and have certain conditions that may be a problem, but the Vet. Must know abt., so proper screening can be routinely maintained.
UC DAVIS is one of the top Schools for Veternary medicine. I would recommend him in a second.

My family went to Dr.Simpson for decades with our pets when we lived in Spring Valley. He personally saved a number of our animals. This included performing an emergency C-section on my tiny cat when one of her litter was stuck in the birth canal. He is hands down the best vet I have ever taken my animals to. If I hadn't moved to North County we would still be going there. If you choose Dr. Simpson, you can rest assured that your pets are in the best of hands. ❤️🐾🐾

Dr Simpson is an amazing Vet. He has cared for our basset hounds for many years. He is always there, he is very caring and very knowledgeable. We would not go anywhere else. We had one basset that was 16 years old and we credit her longevity to the care and concern of Dr. Simpson. Bassets don't live that long and with his care she lived a long and happy life.
He has always given us good information so that we can properly care for our furry animals and has recommended other clinics when he feels that they needed specialized care. We have been very happy with him and the clinic staff who are also very caring
