I recently relocated to the Melbourne area and was referred to this practice by family friends when my dog was exhibiting concerning symptoms. It was very easy to get an appointment. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating! I felt immediately at ease and that my dog would be in good hands. It turns out she was more urgentlysick than I realized, and they were fantastic about getting the test results quickly! They concisely but caringly informed me about her condition and a plan to help her. They spent a lot of time teaching me how to care for her new condition and helping me feel comfortable with her care. I feel highly confident in the care she is receiving (Dr.Sims and his staff are incredible!!) And I would highly recommend this practice to anyone else!!
