Dr. Smith had no compassion when it came to putting my Golden down at my house. Dr Smith rang my doorbell and got my dying dog all agitated and scared. He had nothing to say at all. No apologies. It was not a relaxed atmosphere like I thought it would be. He was just there to give the injection and move on like it was just other day. It was very upsetting for me and my dog! I hated the whole experience and he made it worse. I will never go back to him again for any new pet.. Pepperell Vet misdiagnosed my dog with lyme and it turned out to be cancer!!!! Even after giving my dog several blood tests they still said he just had lyme. They gave him antibiotics and three weeks later he was dying from lymphoma. So stupid!!!!! I will never forget this experience with this vet. He made me so depressed.
