I was so disappointed that my regular vet had not followed up on the intestinal issues that my dog had several months before. She was on medicine for gallbladder that I had to get at the Speciality Pharmacy. I went to Dr. Smith for a second opinion from a specialist because I had heard good things about him. As I suspected the original issue had cleared up, but a new problem was revealed resulting in prescription food and a different med. I feel this had taught me something about being an advocate for my dog and not meekly following the (regular) vet's advice. Dr. Smith is no-nonsense and direct and I feel my dog had finally found a competent doctor willing to do the work to find out what was wrong. I just wish I could see Dr. Smith as my regular vet, but have an appointment with one he recommended.

I took my Chihuahua to you on Sunday 2/4. You gave me the diagnosis of a bladder mass and UTI, you gave me meds for him. He has urinated two times with no blood showing. He has lost the breath smell he had and is resting well. He is eating good and I see some relief in his misdemeanor. I know that because of the mass it may not be relief long term....for this temporary change, I am thankful. Thank heaven you were open on Sunday. I was frantic about his pain and the bleeding. Thanks so much.

I don't remember anything about the service I received except that I was talked into leaving my cat there for intravenous feeding and medicating that would make her much better. When I called to see how she was doing, no one would tell me and he wouldn't return my calls. Finally, someone there told me, what did I expect, I had left my cat there to die alone. Evidently everyone there knew my cat was dying except me. I had been talked into leaving my cat there so Dr. Smith's student could perform procedures on her. This cost me over $2,000 for that day, but I couldn't care less about the money. I care that he put my cat through that torture as she was dying. I will never forgive him for this. I have told everyone I know about it and will continue to for the rest of my life.
