Big Mistake to take my beloved pet of 18yrs here when she got sick for the first time in her life, they acted cold and indifferent refusing to tell me what would be the best option for treatment instead Dr Winkler who knew my cat was dying gave me little information telling me I was not going to like her anyway which was a basic clear indication that she did not want to help my cat or me instead it was about her.. Totally Unprofessional and unacceptable and in a time when a beloved pet needed urgent care and deserved it for all the good years of love given to me. It really makes me wonder why people like this go into this profession at all. After my cat died I spoke with her and instead of apologizing she acted indifferent again. It was not about her at all though she wanted to project negativity instead of at least acting like she cared at all...
. It is bad enough to lose a pet a feel that they should have gotten better care but insulting and incompetent as well..
They failed to correctly diagnose treat and or save my beloved cat and they are not nice people to deal with at all.. I would suggest if you animal is sick and needs help bad find a better place that actually cares a little at least and give your pet the best most loving care it needs and deserves...

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
