you sure can tell dr bruce gradous is no longer there i took budy williams my dog for appt. vet was not there sais was on the way then never showed up and stopped answering the calls from the help that worked there then week later did the surgery on my dogs ear it is worse now blamed me for there mess up first time med did not work 2nd time was surgery not work now they whant to waut 7 more days for another surgery dog is hurting this going on for a month now was told they did not do surgery on friday now month later after all this they whant to do surgery on a friday i seen vet on tv talking about working all time im 52 work 6 days week 10 hours a day get a grip lady thats what people do is work very mad dog is in pain i hope and pray you find your cakking because vetinary is not it

We had an appointment for our dog for today. We tried to take him, but the address listed doesn't exist as far as we can tell. When we tried to call we were put on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. We've been trying to call for an hour and all we get is a busy beeping signal. Needless to say, we were unable to make the appointment and our poor dog still has a rash that needs to be looked at, but it's too late in the day to get into another veterinarian.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
