They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. All my concerns were put at ease when they answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly. They go out of their way to make me and my pet feel as comfortable as possible. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. My pet and I didn't have to wait long in the appointment room at all. I appreciated that they were able to get my pet in quickly. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
