We have a cat with a pelvic fracture. Not only did Dr. Talcott spend time explaining the injury, but also the options of surgery, and not doing anything. He was very thorough, kind and patient. Once the surgery was completed, he called me and we spoke for over 20 minutes regarding after care, what to expect and how he wanted us to do follow up. What a wonderful vet - thank you and I know Woo thanks you too.
