This was the most ridiculous vet experience I have ever had. My mother took our dog here to get his teeth CLEANED. My mom had called and they said it would be $80. When she went in they asked if she had his shot records. She said no since nobody had mentioned it. The lady then told her that he would have to have his rabies shot before they could do the teeth cleaning, she said okay. She then signed a paper declining any blood work to be done. When she went to pick Max up they told her her bill would be $227.50. They had PULLED NINE TEETH. They did not have anyone's permission to do so and did not ask or notify her of this. They told her AFTER THE FACT that it was standard to pull any loose teeth while the dog was under. This is absolutely outrageous to pull 9 teeth with no permission from the dogs owner. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. Lord knows what else they might do with no permission.
