The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable. I didn't want to wait too long. I've already told my friends about the experience I had there. They've answered some of my questions over the phone. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns.. I always feel confident when I talk with the staff. They seem to really care about helping me and giving me the answers that I need. The owner is rude, but has great love for animals. She answers the phone, and seems to be the receptionist. If you can handle some advice, and some criticism, it's all good.The fees are reasonable. The staff is much nicer, and very informed.

I gave up on this place. the owner is horrible. Very rude all the time. She is always complaining about everything. We could never reach anyone and when we did, she would always lecture us about how to reach her. She may love dogs but she is horrible with people. If you need the basics; don't mind her and the waiting, it's fine. It is economical but since it was ALWAYS such an unpleasant experience, we got disgusted and changed.

Absolutely not. I couldn't reach them and I didn't know what to do
