They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. A GREAT HELP TO ALL PET OWNWERS IN THE AREA>> EXCELENT--Wish we had more like them !

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
