They were condescending! - cutting remarks after a few comments that I made honestly; I felt they did not believe me; one said that I could get rid of my animals with the Humane society. I love my animals and am working on solving some problems. They had a poor attitude. I felt as if there was no respect for me; they made it a very unpleasant experience and I will never go back. I cried afterward; spoke with others all day long and found that others had had similar experiences. I found another vet that day and they were very encouraging! -good recommendations with understanding and not put downs.
