They want to be sure every question I might have is answered and understood, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered or my pet needs any ongoing, follow-up help. The staff is professional, attentive, and shows genuine concern about each individual pet. They take as much time as necessary to understand and meet the needs of my pets. I have every confidence in their capabilities, and also know that if a specialist is needed (one of my pets needed a very unusual/specialized surgery once), they will know who to see.

I loved that they took their time with my pet, and didn’t rush the appointment at all. They made sure my pet was relaxed and that all my questions were answered. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
