The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I loved how quickly they were able to get my pet in. My pet didn't have to suffer in the waiting room at all which I appreciated very much. I'll definitely be going back. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation and very gentle with my cat. I feel that Dr. Zercoe did all she could think of to do to attempt to save my cat.
