Back in 2006 I got help thru The Alexian Brothers Center for Mental Health. Currently I am having a problems with Depression, Anxiety & A Big Problem with Forgetfulness. I have attended the Behavior Health Center at Elmhurst Hospital for Three months. I am currently not working and Do not have enough funds to continue seeking help. I am hoping that Alexian Brothers Center for Mental Health can be helpfull to me. Please consider me for your program. My only insurance at this time is thru Ilini care!!!!!
