Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

I had to wait for a little while.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
