I've known Paul Bitter for going on 30 years now, and I don't recall meeting a person more willing to help anyone that came across his path. Easy to talk to, makes one relaxed in his presence, non judgmental, and effective in his sage counsel and overall advice. It's really not all that hard to make him your friend. He helped me out a couple of times that I didn't know what tomorrow would bring me, but Paul was there to give me the light to see tomorrow....after that everything turned out fine with my "little problems". I'll always consider him a friend. I highly recommend him (and have) to anyone who needs to be pulled up by the arms and dusted off to get on their way again.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
