Went there for three sessions. Paid everytime, the advice given was useless. Before the 4th session, I was told I did not have insurance, when will you did. They expect me to pay a past due balance on a session I told them to cancel. Waste of time and money.

While the Counseler was very nice. I felt like we wasted 2 hours of our time. No resolutions or advice to go by. We have insurance and were told there was no payment due at time of service. Since then our insurance did not pay and they have harassed us over less than $200. I pay my bills and do not like be called everyday and threatened with collections. Will not be returning!!!

The young counselor dresses inappropriate and is two faced. The others talk over you and are money hungry. Places like this are supposed to help people and this place is only concerned with money.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

They talked down to me and seemed to have a set of assumptions before I even got there! Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
