They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish.
