They always return my phone calls quickly. But it is the secretary who has to take my msg to her boss to finally take my msg to the doctor. The doctor changed the meds on my daughter has been completely out of pocket, not even a call - back. The Poor Secretary is NOT aloud to give me a phone number of where I can get a hold of the doctor. This is so wrong.
