I would call this non-directed therapy. She helps you work through your own issues by asking questions and listening. I found her helpful! She never told me what to do; but, helped me explore the right solutions for me.

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Cindy was just ok but not what I was hoping for. She was late for my appointments a few times and it became a problem for me because I only had that one hour off from work so my appointments were sometimes cut short. She was nice enough I suppose but sometimes cold when I was talking about difficult things and was looking for more warmth and connection. Overall I would say she is fine if you are in a pinch and need a therapist quickly but otherwise I would look around for someone more skilled and more personible.
