The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy?
Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
Did this provider listen to your input and concerns?
Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!
