Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
