As bad as they get.... She was not private in a common area in asking for something from me. She did not take that extra step to work with me or determine beforehand over the phone that she could help me. She did not seem to want to help me and shorted me on time for the appointment.

I feel she is inexperienced despite her 20 years in the biz. Unwilling to negotiate to find common ground to work on. Did nothing to establish trust.
