As of July 7, 2012, Tim Harlan has lost his license to practice in CA due to a disciplinary matter with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences. Harlan had a long-term sexual relationship with a client who was married to another of his clients. The official accusation, now known to be true, may be read at the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences website.

This man is unethical and therefore relieved of his license to counsel.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
