Wish I had never brought my child to her. She does not make choices that are in the best interest of the child, instead she is biased.

My only complaint is that they aren't very good at managing the appointment times. My child is a client and we usually end up having to wait at least 30 minutes past the scheduled time. Other than that, I am really pleased with the service we get. Ms. Karol is tough but fair and her staff is very friendly. It's an informal, but professional, atmosphere and it is very easy to feel comfortable there. They are caring people and I've already seen a change in my kid for the better.

They definitely didn't give me helpful advice. The advice I was given made my situation much worse. I wish I had never gone. I have never experienced more biased advice in my life than after my session with this counselor. It was so unhelpful and I would have been better off just talking to someone I know. They showed absolutely no concern for my situation. It was obvious that they didn't care about me at all. I definitely won't be going back. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed.When I arived for my appt. I was told that Karol was "resting" then the receptionist was too busy on her cell phone to even let Karol know that we were there. At the end of my appt Karol told my daughter that if she were her daughter that she would slap her eyes out of her head if she kept rolling them at her. I do not recomend this lady or office to anyone!!!!!!!

Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

Definitely, it was nauseating

No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time
