Dr. Bragg is amazing , and genuinely concerned with his patients health , and easy to talk to and comfortable to be around
I highly recommend him. His MA was great as well.

I have found the doctors here to be good, but the support staff to be lacking, particularly the receptionists. I had to come in for daily blood pressure monitoring after delivering my son the receptionist had to ask my name every day and ask me why I was there. The same gal every day for three weeks!!
I also had the nurses never get back to you on lab results, you have to call and hope maybe they'll get your message and call you back. They seem to have a communication issue in this office. It is why when I did have my son I chose to take him to the other pediatrician in town.

This place has one of the worst business offices I have ever seen, ever. They are extremely rude and snotty and don't seem very proficient in their profession, definitely worth checking out another doctor's office that will actually treat people in the community with respect. Too bad you can't have negative stars, this place would definitely get a few of them!

My opinion is split. My experiences here were terrible. I went for a colpo last year. I called before to see about insurance/co-pay etc i was told I would pay my copayment at the time of my appointment and my insurance would be billed. Being a college student I don't have a lot of cash on hand so after my procedure I was shocked to find out I owed them almost $400 dollars on the spot. Billing was condescending and rude even though I had called ahead for just this reason and was misinformed. I set up a payment plan then was notified later that my insurance would cover it and my payments were unnecessary. Later when I wanted to get the Miranda IUD implanted, I returned. I had all the proper std testing done by my other doctor. I showed up to get it put in and was told I needed more Std testing done because my doctors wasn't sufficient (protocol for any IUD). Frustrated, I set up a new appointment which, because of their busy schedule, fell in the new year. I was assured that nothing was going to change. The morning of my appointment I received a phone call telling me that because my appointment was in a new year the price of the IUD increased from $280 to $780!! Something i SPECIFICALLY asked about. Since then I have been badgered repeatedly about a copayment for this visit, which I never went to! The receptionists are rude and unhelpful, nothing was prompt, and the only questions I had answered were answered incorrectly! On the contrary to his, the experience I had with my doctors was fantastic. Very professional, up to date, and very comforting. I never felt awkward or uncomfortable. If you looking for great doctors this may be the place for you but pay attention to what you are told and don't expect great service from the desk.

Plan on allowing the whole day for your appointment. The staff will NOT let you know if the doctor is running late or was called out on an emergency, even if you are a patient from out of town. The doctors are good at what they do, but I've had at least an hour wait for 75% of the appointments with them. The front desk will only tell you that it will be a few minutes wait - even after 2 hours of waiting. If you suggest that you might have to get back to work, the front desk folks get really rude and arrogant. I heard them talking about people who had had to leave because of other appointments and they were quite rude. The doctors are wonderful. They will apologize, and they give good care, but the front desk seems to feel like the patients are not worth the effort.
