Please take the time to find a real psychiatrist or a PNP that is transparent about working with a psychiatrist. Lynda Artusio has some initial pleasantness, but at LSBH therapy it appears she is working on her own and is not invested in the outcomes of her patients. She prescribes serious medications like Lexapro and then is not available for urgent followup or really any follow-up outside your scheduled appointment. LSBH therapy further provides no alternative for getting any assistance outside your scheduled appointment, and this is simply not standard of care. There should always be a way to leave someone an urgent message as regards medication that is not an emergency but cannot wait till the next appointment. I got a nasty impatient phone call and boiler plate email saying "this is not an emergency psychiatric facility" when I followed up after my daughter went to a crisis center for assessment and was deemed stable but in need of medication management followup. This practitioner abandoned us when we needed her, dismissed valid concerns, and complained about her packed schedule. The practice LSBH therapy managed to screw up billing and blamed me for it till I sent them direct email evidence that they had already acknowledged the mistake and were going to fix it. They finally fixed it, but not before sending me rude emails all but accusing me of lying about monies owed me. Naturally their apology came by phone so as not to have their mistake acknowledged in writing. I strongly recommend against Lynda Artusio for your psychiatric care.

Lynda Artusio is the worlds worst prescriber and I would advise no one to see her under any circumstances whatsoever. She does not take the time to listen to the patient and thinks she is the authority on everything and ignores serious health conditions like prolonged QT when prescribing Lexapro to patients and then has the nerve to try and accuse them later of being the problem when it was her mistake - she is not to be trusted and in need of serious anger management and should not even be in the position of prescribing medication to patients - Vesta is also a bad organization in general as the director John Weibel who is her boss helps to foster her malpractice
