I was going once every 3 months like I was told to do, and I was told by the office manager that they were no longer treating people like me. I have PTSD and I have a hard time getting out of the house even for "normal" activities such as grocery shopping, visiting a sick friend or family member in the hospital. I was taking my medication as prescribed and I never missed one appointment. After about 4 months of going I was starting to come out of my depression and my anxiety attacks were not as bad. Then one day I go to see my case manager and I was not allowed to see her, but an office manager who gave me 3 RX's and told me I'd need to find another place to go. I have not been treated since then and I am once again stuck in the house. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone at all. The office manger is an idiot.

Why do they have a problem ordering patients medications on time? The result is a patient who has been off of her meds for a week now. The person responsable should be fired.

I have been seeing Dr. Marshall for several years. He is the most kind and caring psychiatrist I have ever seen, and I have seen a few in my time. I dread the day when he retires!

He has monitored me and kept me from being hospitalized several times because he knows mental illness inside and out.

Five stars for Dr. Marshall and the whole facility because they serve a wide range of clients with limited resources! Kudos!

When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. And they seem to like making it hard for me to get to my appointments therefor making me miss and reschedule... AGAIN. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. I didnt feel comfortable asking all the questions that I probably should have and I dont see any real progress with my mental situations. Only "trial and error" on drugs. I want to request a note to have my personally trained assistant dog with me at work but I feel intimidated to ask to do so. I dont feel like I am a top priority to their office but I have no where else to go.
