If i could give 0 stars i would. First when i went in for my intake the lady was beyond rude. Then once i started going to 21 pleasant street for my therapy and medications it got worse. None of the doctors i was going to see had read my case file before me going into my appointment so they had no idea what i was going through or what i had gone through in the past. My psychiatrist, Dr.Chu, is not good. I wouldn't reccomend her at all. She doesnt know how to talk to people which is pretty important in the job she is in. Its always uncomfortably quiet and she just offers a bunch of different types of medication and a general dosage amount and says try and figure out the dosage yourself. They also have messed up my appointment times and when i showed up one time at 830 for an appointment, my psychiatrist came at 9 and proceeded to try and take another patient. When i told her that i was told i had an appointment for 830 she immediately just went to cover her own ass with her employees and didn't even try to calm me down as i had a panic attack in the lobby. I also have been without important medication for a month now because no matter how many times i call in my medicine they do not refill it and its not an illicit drug. Overall i 10/10 do not reccomend unless you want your mental illnesses to get worse and want awful service for them.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I'm very happy to find individuals in health care who actually listen. I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I found the office only after taking a wrong turn and a very circuitous route to get back to the beginning.
