Please call Dora to complain about Suzanne Pinto. The Dept of regulatory agencies in Denver Co. You can google their number and then file a formal complaint. I do believe some psychologists are only in it for the money and Dr. Pinto is one of them. She damaged me too and had my children removed by her faulty psych. report on me that had no basis in reality. Two of my children were then abused sexually in foster care. Suzanne ruined my life and watch out--she could ruin yours.

Dr Pinto performed a PRE report with regards to custody dispute for the court. She was very thorough and she did an excellent job of gathering information and addressing issues that were of concern. My attorney has seen many PRE reports but she was very impressed with the accuracy, professionalism and how through Dr. Pinto was in her report. She intends to use her in the future with other clients.

She will ask you a question like what you want and then talk over you when you try to answer her. Then she will tell you that you are wrong. She interrupts and is very rude. She makes you feel like you do not matter. She will yell at you and make you feel unsafe and not want to talk about your side of things.

She also spends lots of time talking to only one side to find out what they want. She spends lots of money and then will not give you a good reason why you need to give her more, just it ran out. She does things she is not supposed to and makes you feel stupid when you ask a question.

Used Dr. Pinto as a PDCM and she was very flaky. Seemed to be very biased to the other side and it appeared very subjective. She did not try and get to know the history of the problems that caused the requirement of mediation through her, only to dole out arbitrary decisions. She did not follow the court orders and caused more problems than she solved. I would not recommend her for anyone to use as a med/arb unless they wanted to feel unheard and belittled.
