I was under Dr Prasanna's care for 4 years and had seen several doctors prior to her for over 12 years. She was great. She is very well trained in the medical field and understands what she is doing. Every doctor has a right to guide you to the best of their ability with what they know and I can say for being under a lot.... this lady knows he stuff. I have take a lot of medication over the years and was probably on way to much and as I explained to Dr. Prasanna how I felt about the matter she re-evaluated me and kept me on the correct medication and only time will allow me to come completely off. Seeing her has helped me talk through some problems that, I thought were problems, really weren't such a big deal after all. She was able to help me work through some things going on and make sure I was taking the right medication if needed.

This is the kind of doctor that will one day kill someone due to incompetence. Don't expect your phone calls received. Don't expect competent secretaries. Don't expect your prescriptions refilled in a timely manner.

I have finally found a counselor that understands my symptoms. She is definitely a know it all though, which is concerning. Let's hope she knows enough about her field. I can't say I was satisfied with my time spent here. It didn't bother me, but the waiting room is usually full of waiting customers after appt. I could easily run into someone I know. I felt like I pretty much knew the risks and benefits in order to make a decision going forward. They definitely didn't have competent staff, as my claims were always filed incorrectly by the little girls up front. I end up waiting for a very long time at every appointment.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

She refused to return our phone calls, refused to treat my son despite having an appt. scheduled a month in advance as part of hospital discharge planning. Long story, he ended up running out of meds & in order to avoid an acute crisis, ended up in the ER. The 2 times my daughter was seen, we waited well over an hr. She shows absolutely no compassion for patients/clients & clearly is more concerned about liability than safely of patients.

Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.

I saw her after filing a Sovcial security claim for depression. She refused to help with my claim yet gave me 3-4 meds after 10 min, she would forget i.e "told her my parents died" she asked next session, "Why not ask my parents for help". She told me to go to the depy of employment services during a recession and said everything will be alright. I left after 3 sessions.
