I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.
