Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I would perhaps recommend them to someone if they had no other options. Mainly because I would just be trying to help. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them.
