They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I know where there office is If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. I refuse to see a male psycologist and asked if I could see awoman instead of a man and my issues have yet to be treated only with medicstions they seemed to care about my issues,but cant seem to help me over come them. The Receptionist was better with talking to me over the phone then the professionals she cared alot and listened to my consens and many times helped me through my problems, and she was not a psycologist. They didnt not have any treatment opions other then medications, They hardly spoke to me because I have the same issues and it seems like they are tired of hearing about it. I just want some real who will take my matter seriouly! My problems and conserns are serious and tramatic to me from personal experiences. They need a veriety of psycologist not jus a general psycologist. I need a neuropsycologist not just a general psycologist that dignosis those who have medical issues caused by past medical problems and present nuroplogical issues. They could dignose those who actually have medical problems caused by many different past and present recurring medical problems, and may not have a server mental heath problem. Just anxiety,parinoia, and ADAD,post tramatic disorder and trust issues because of they have been though in life. as well as cognitive problems, and memory loss, and forgetfulness and problems understanding what is going on. I have been there for years as apatient and it was pretty good years ago, but it seems to be lacking real professional help and making the correct dignosis. I have issues dealing with change and hardship I have for many years just because a person cries almost always doesnt mean they are bipoar, just because a person heres voices from time to time and its not harmful It could be from the heavens, when you hear bad voices or bad touhts it could be from the devil. Most people in my oppinion the reason why people harm themselves isnt because they like it. It because they are not medicated, and just want what is bothering them to be aleviated so they can feel something else so they dont have to feel what is really going. Thats what I have had trouble in the past and it hereditay. A patients request should be granted

They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. Steve Stone, the addiction counselor was a scam artist. He screwed people over by aultering the drug screens to come up as a FALSE POSITIVE for SEVERAL clients!
