don't really like visiting doc by monitor from another state

this provider is a danger to every person who goes there. i have filed several complaints about them and their suspicious procedures. among these are charging medicare outrageous amounts for bogus services, administering medications under the direction of persons not affiliated with the clinic, and bizaare as it may seem, the attempted use of voodoo and black magic on the patients. i opted out of services, and over the next few months, i was manipulated into a situation where i appeared to have mental problems and in need of services of a mental health professional. i gave in and went to the clinic where i was told, we never meant to hurt you, we just wanted you to come back to us. when i asked for my records, i was told they had disappeared. now, do what you will with this information.
