They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
