The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. Not only were my questions answered thoroughly, I was encouraged to ask as many as I could. There was no rush to get me out and I left feeling very educated and informed.
