I called to check on the disposition of my medication that was to called into the pharmacy...When I called a Kim asked me if my name was Kevin I said No and she put me on hold for over 4 minutes, then cut me off. I called back and Kim stated that they had hundreds of calls beside mine and that she was not trying to be rude but my call was not very important and they would get to it when they had time, and that Dr. Gilberg was not in the office this PM. I said OMG how rude to treat a patient over the phone like she did to me. She then handed me over to a Margerite who proceeded to tell me that Kim was being rude to her also because of me...and that she will not let me contact Dr. Gilberg. to complain about the staff's combative, rude and unprofessional behavior. She said she will call in prescription and hung up on me.
Such disgraceful incompetent unprofessional childish staff (Kim and marguerite) behavior.
